Stamp With Peggy

Last night I held a Kid’s Valentine Class.  We used the January Paper Pumpkin Kit and each child attending received their own Paper Pumpkin box.  They were so excited to open the pretty red box and find a clear block inside along with a Mint Macaron Stampin’ Spot and a stamp set.  Then they opened up the pretty blue paper that looks like a present, to find the fabulous Valentine kit full of supplies to make 20 treat holders, 10 – 3″ x 3″ note cards, banners, gold edge circles and rectangles to stamp little greetings on along with little die cut bees, white twine and adhesive backed sequins.  The kids loved all the fun goodies in their boxes.  They especially liked that they got to keep the stamp set, block and Stampin’ Spot just for them.

It looks like I missed taking Katyrose’s picture – darn.  These kids all did such a great job — their moms or grandmas helped with mini glue dots and dimensionals but the kids did all of the stamping and most of the assembling.  I love to see these new, buddy stampers.  We even had a 6 month old “stamping” for the first time — gotta start ’em young, right!!!

Paper Pumpkin kits are fabulous for all ages and all levels of stampers but kids REALLY enjoy them.  They feel quite grown up with their very own stamps and ink.
