Today I wanted to share a card made with the Hold on to Hope Bundle found on page 27 of the Occasions Catalog. I love the soft, religious feel of this stamp set. It is great for Easter cards or maybe Baptism, Confirmation, First Communion or so many other wonderful events. The bundle is the Hold on to Hop stamp set and Cross of Hope Framelits. The center is cut out using the Lots of Labels Framelits and then two framelits together to create the “window” casing.
Supplies Used:
We got about 4-5″ of snow yesterday. It was beautiful — it sparkled like glitter. The snow was a reminder that spring will not be here for quite a while outside but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little spring indoors. I think this card is great to send for almost any reason — it could be for a birthday or just to wish someone a lovely day. The stamp set is Lovely Wishes and with just a bit of coloring you have a beautiful card.
Measurements:
Old Olive – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″
Bubbles & Fizz designer paper – 3″ x 4″
Whisper White – 3 1/2″ x 4″ – cut oval using Layering Ovals Framelits
stamp the images with Memento ink — color with Calypso Coral and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends
Pick a Pattern Washi Tape – attach across center of card

Add a piece of Lemon Lime Twist Tutti-Frutti Washi Tape down right hand side
With Memento ink — stamp May your day Bubble Over with happiness
Bubbles & Fizz Designer Paper — diagonal stripe — 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″
use Bottles & Bubbles Framelits to cut out a bottle from designer paper
Lemon Lime Twist — 3″ x 4″ — cut out oval from Stitched Shape Framelits
Whisper White — 1″ x 4″ — cut out straw
Assemble card — dimensionals under bottle and oval
