Witches Brew

Halloween is tomorrow so I decided I would share some fun Halloween swap cards I have received.  This card was made by team member Wendy Tikk.  This was Wendy’s swap card at our Fall Fest Retreat.  This card features the Merry Cafe stamp set with the Coffee Cups Framelits plus Seasonal Layers Framelits for the cut out leaves and Painted Autumn and Merry Little Christmas designer papers.

Sweet Sugarplum, Copper & Snowflake Sentiments

Today I have a fun, swirly snowflake card for you with a fun color combination — Sweet Sugarplum and Copper.  I used the Swirly Snowflakes Thinlit Dies — what a great set of dies.  This made for an elegant, lacy card.  The snowflakes are so intricate.  I used the Year of Cheer designer paper to add to the swirly look and feel of the card.

Year of Cheer & Smitten Mittens

I’ve been playing with the Smitten Mitten Bundle and I’m having a blast.  I pair Real Red with Gold Foil Sheet and the Year of Cheer designer paper (love this gold gingham pattern).  The greeting is from Hearts Come Home stamp set.  The Many Mittens Framelits has so many fun dies.  I love that they put in two mitten outline dies — left and right hand.  Then the fun cut out pattern is in Real Red added over a Whisper White mitten base for a fun peekaboo mitten.  Cut a second cut out pattern mitten and flip it over to attach to the second Whisper White mitten base.  I added a small gold bow for a finishing touch.
