Is it too early for Christmas??

Is it too early for Christmas??  My response is NO.  We do need to start planning our paper crafting projects early, right.  Of course we won’t bypass the other holidays that are right around the corner either.

This past weekend I attended another demonstrator group’s Holiday Catalog event.  This event was for demonstrators only.  My daughter, Katie, went with me — she’s been a demonstrator for 12 years.  She always takes our “selfie” picture when we are stamping together.

Do I look happy or what (really don’t like my picture taken) but I was really happy to have her with me!!
This event was put on by Meg, Julie, Mary Ellen and Kim (she couldn’t be there with us).  It was of course Holiday Themed so Meg, Julie & Mary Ellen came out wearing ugly Christmas sweaters — so much fun.

Mary Ellen had multiple “ugly” sweaters — she kept changing all day long — so cute.
She is the queen of selfies and Facebook Live!!

They had a Coffee and Hot Cocoa Bar set up with an adorable sign that I think I have to have/make.
Isn’t it adorable?
Then look  — Mary Ellen baked Christmas cookies and her daughters decorated them.

Everyone said they were very yummy!!!

They had a “photo op” spot with a Christmas tree and a basket full of props.

I couldn’t help myself.

We even had a game show.  Katie was picked to be on a team.
Here she is with her team mates.
Everyone had such a great time with this.
Look close at the ornaments on the tree — sneak peek from the Holiday Catalog (so fun).

My customer catalogs are in the mail this week so watch for yours.
If you haven’t ordered from me and would like a catalog, just send me an email and I’ll put one in the mail to you right away.

You are COOL!!!

Sometimes a person can be your inspiration when creating a card.  I was perusing Pinterest and saw a card (I believe by Mary Brown) and I loved the combination of the “c” & “l” wrapped around the sunglasses and I knew that I just had to make my version and my daughter, Katie, was my inspiration.  Katie loves PINK — pink everything — so I started with Melon Mambo cardstock and ink.

I stamped the sunglasses from Pocketful of Sunshine, cut out the letters using the Large Letters Framelits, added some dashes and dots to the letters.  Then I stamped the flowers from Daisy Delight across the top and middle of the bottom.  Don’t you love the large scallop at the bottom — I used the Seasonal Layers thinlit to cut the edge.  Oh, and don’t forget to add Rhinestones to each corner of the glasses.

Naturally Eclectic Happy Birthday

Sweet & Simple — that’s what today’s card is with a surprise fold.  I used the Naturally Eclectic designer paper — there are some fabulous prints in this designer paper package.  The pretty script Happy Birthday comes from the Birthday Delivery stamp set and the adorable added touch is the Basic Pack 2 Washi Tape.  This stuff is fabulous.  The Basic Pack 2 Washi Tape has 5 different shades of the green and they are all easy patterns to use.
