Card Tin

One of the projects at our Stamping Sisters Retreat was this decorated card tin.  We even made divider tabs for the inside so you can put your cards in the tin by categories — birthday, sympathy, thank you, etc.  Or what a great recipe card holder this would be.

Don't you just love this Retro Fresh DSP and coordinating Washi Tape

Wetlands Cards

This is one of the projects we made at our Stamping Sisters Retreat last weekend.  The ladies LOVED this group of cards.  Many were not "sold" on the Wetlands stamp set until we did these cards.  They are quick and easy to create but they give such a WOW with only a few products.

Stampin’ Sisters Retreat Day 1

This past weekend was our Stampin' Sisters Retreat.  My sister, Tina Rappe, and I started this stamping weekend for our customers 8 years ago.  We have 60 fabulous ladies join us for a full weekend of stamping projects.  This year we designed and prepped 10 projects — actually 10 mini classes — for them to make.  We opened the doors Friday night at 7:00 p.m.  When they got to their table this beautiful bag of goodies was waiting for them.  Check out all the supplies they received.

Goodie bag
One item in their goodie bag was the Banner Blast stamp set.  After welcome hugs and opening greetings we got them started on their first project of the weekend.  They made 6 cards using the Banner Blast stamp set and the coordinating Banner Punch.
Banner BlastThese are such clean and crisp cards — I love them even though they aren't embossed.  Sometimes simple is a good thing.

Come back tomorrow to see more of the Stampin' Sisters Retreat fun.
