March Scrapbook — Go Green

I missed St. Patrick’s Day yesterday but I have to share this month’s Scrap & Go Club pages.
Since it’s March we had to have some green but not everyone celebrates St. Patrick’s Day so I went with this and everyone was very pleased.

We used the Lift Me Up stamp set and coordinating Up & Away Framelits.
We started with Wild Wasaba 12″ x 12″ cardstock — added some mat layers (Black, Wild Wasabi and Whisper White).
I cut out lots of clouds from Whisper White cardstock to be scattered around floating in the air.
I used the detailed hot air balloon thinlit to cut out a Gold Foil balloon which I glued to Wild Wasaba cardstock and trimmed around
(I wanted to raise the balloon with dimensionals that’s why I backed the balloon).
We stamped one medium balloon and two small balloons with Garden Green ink and cut out.
They are attached with dimensionals.

I hope you all had a great St. Paddy’s Day!!!

Stampin’ Sisters Retreat Farewell

Stampin' Sisters Retreat is over until next year.
I wanted to share a few final quick pictures.
These are just a few of the fabulous swap cards that were made this year.
The ladies did an outstanding job — do you agree?
Dragonfly Dream
Dragonfly Dreams — this is a favorite Occasions Catalog stamp set.
Foxy

Love the outdoorsy look of this fox card.
Hey Chick
This Hey Chick just cracks me up.
Moon Baby
I love this stamp set — I had to have it but haven't used it yet — must get it inked up.

And finally our farewell picture of everyone waving good bye.
Bye Bye Retreat
Until next year ladies — I can't wait to see you all again.

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!!

Stampin’ Sisters Project 8 — Window Box Cards

Oh my, we are on the final project from our Stampin' Sisters Retreat — so sad….
I think this was my favorite project.
I love the white on white or vanilla on vanilla look and we added a bit of silver and gold.
Such an elegant project and what a great gift this would be.
WindowShoppingGroup
I love the soft look of this birthday card — the little dots and hearts and the tiny cupcakes with the greeting — so cute.
WindowShoppingCard1
I love this candle cut out — so simple but looks great.  The ribbon is a FREE Sale-a-Bration item (you can choose this with a $50 order)
WindowShoppingCard2
Aren't these little flower cutouts adorable?
WindowShoppingCard3
Now on to come Very Vanilla and Gold cards.
I like this cutout — we use the same framelit to cut two times — one each direction.

WindowShoppingCard4
Fun, fun, fun!!!  We stamped the flower image four times with Tip, Top Taupe ink and layered on Gold Foil squares
WindowShoppingCard5
And finally the very elegant floral cutout — love it.
WindowShoppingCard6
Then we created a cute box to put all the cards into.
We used the floral cutout for the front of the box

I love the coordinated look with this project — simple but elegant.

I'll share a few final farewell pictures tomorrow and then life moves away from Stampin' Sisters Retreat until next year.
