I've been playing with some of the new Christmas designer papers and fabulous new stamp sets. The Candy Cane Lane designer paper is my favorite right now. I just love the color combination. The stamp set is Candy Cane Christmas. There are three different greetings and a bunch of fun little winter/holiday stamps.
One of my favorite items in the Holiday Catalog is the Cookie Cutter stamps and punch. There are two stamp sets — Christmas and Halloween.

The scarecrow works for Halloween or just a lovely fall card.

1. Card Base — Cajun Craze – 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"
2. Soft Suede — 4" x 5 1/2" — embossed with Woodgrain Embossing Folder
3. Delightful Dijon – 2 3/4" x 4"
4. Petals & Paisleys designer paper — 2 1/2" x 4"
5. Cajun Craze — cut out using Layering Circles
6. Soft Suede — cut out using Layering Circles
7. Delightful Dijon — cut out using Layering Circles
8. Very Vanilla — stamp scarecrow with Archival Black stamp pad
9. Use Blender Pen with assorted inks to color the scarecrow
10. Punch out with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch

When I was growing up my sister and I both had Paisley Pedal Pushers.
Who remembers pedal pushers — now we call them capris.
