One Wild Ride

My son-in-law has a motorcycle.
He has been very fortunate this summer to be able to take
one ride across the state and two across the country rides.
Today’s card seems appropriate for him.  His birthday is later this month,
not sure I can wait that long — or maybe I’ll have to make him another card
later using this stamp set — One Wild Ride.

Lollipop, Lollipop

Today's card reminds me of a fun commercial song when my kids were growing up.
It's from a life saver commercial — Lollipop, lollipop, life saver lollipop.
Anyone else remember this catchy tune?

So, I saw this card on Pinterest — designed by Becky Roberts.
I knew that I had to make it.  It is soooooo cute!!!
It features that fabulous Pop of Pink designer paper and
the stamp set we all have to have, Swirly Bird.
Swirly Birds

3.  Basic Black — 3 3/4" x 4 1/4"
4.  Pop of Pink designer papers — 1" x 4"
5.  Whisper White scrap — stamp swirly with Melon Mambo ink
a.  Cut out with Paper Snips
b.  I used bamboo skewers cut into 4" pieces for the sucker stick — stick on to back of swirly
c.  I punched out a 1 3/4" circle of Whisper White to cover the stick on the back of the swirly
6.  2" x 8" cello bag — I cut it down to 3 1/2"

Isn't it just adorable.
Don't you want to run to the store to buy one of those swirly lollipops!!!!
