World Traveler Birthday

I thought it was time for another Going Global card.
This time we used the stamp set for the inside of the card.

World Traveler Sky is LimitThe card base is Lost Lagoon with a layer of Sahara Sand card stock.
I used the World Traveler embossing folder but didn’t emboss
with it.  This time the embossing folder is our stamp.
We inked up the raised portion of the embossing folder,
put the card stock inside the folder, closed the folder and
rubbed to make sure the ink goes all over, take your card stock
out and look at how cool this is (I know — the “world” is
backwards.  I wasn’t going for actual I was going for the look).
Next I used the Sky is the Limit stamp set from the
Sale-a-Bration Catalog.  You can choose this stamp set
FREE with a $50 purchase BUT only through Feb. 15th.
After February 15th the stamp set will be gone forever.
So don’t waste any time — place your order right away.

Ok, I stamped the airplane with Lost Lagoon ink right
over the world.  Then I stamped Happy Birthday
in the lower left corner with Crumb Cake ink.

Remember I said I used the Going Global stamp set inside,
here it is:
World Traveler Inside
Isn’t that designer paper strip at the bottom awesome.
It’s called Perfectly Artistic and it’s also from the Sale-a-Bration
Catalog — $50 order gets it FREE until February 15th — then it’s gone.
I stamped Sky is the Limit with Lost Lagoon ink.
Don’t forget to add the stars at the top.

What a great masculine birthday card!!!

Happy Anniversary

Yesterday I showed you a birthday card using the
Number of Years stamp set.
Today we’ve made an Anniversary card using the
same stamp set.  This set is very versatile.
Happy Anniversary
The card base if So Saffron with a layer of Cajun Craze and
then Very Vanilla.  I used strips of the
Botanical Gardens
designer paper and attached
them to Cajun Craze card stock.
I stamped Happy Anniversary with Cajun Craze ink.
I cut out a circle using the Circle Collection Framelits
and stamped the flower pieces — the leaves are
Pear Pizzazz, the flowers are So Saffron, Cajun Craze,
and Mint Macaron.  I used the
Wink of Stella Gold for the centers of the flowers.

This is a quite and easy card but it very stunning
to make — the recipient will love it.

When your birthday comes around does at least one person
say “How old are you 29 again”!!!
Well this card is the perfect card to send to those people.
It is a fun, whimsical card that just about
any “older” adult would love to receive.
Happy 29th AgainThe stamp set featured is one you don’t think you need
BUT YOU ARE SO WRONG!!!
The Number of Years stamp set and coordinating
Large Numbers framelits are a MUST HAVE
bundle from the Occasions Catalog.

The base of this card is Melon Mambo with a layer of
Whisper White that was embossed using the new
Confetti embossing folder.
A strip of designer paper from the
It’s My Party designer paper stack.
Make a banner from Melon Mambo card stock
and the Triple Banner Punch.
Add a square of Crushed Curry card stock
and another piece of designer paper also from
It’s My Party stack.
Stamp the numbers with Melon Mambo ink
and cut out with the coordinating framelits.
LOVE IT!!!
Stamp the banner with Melon Mambo ink
and the “TH” with Memento.
