Happy Birthday — Make a Wish

Today’s card uses some great new products.
I love the bright boldness of it.
I cased this card from fellow demonstrator
Amy Storrie.
Make a WishThe card base is Bermuda Bay with a layer of
Whisper White.  The next layer is a great new
specialty designer paper called Shine On.
It’s a thick kraft paper with wonderful designs
in three different colors — Watermelon Wonder,
Bermuda Bay and Cucumber Crush.  The opposite
side has silver designs.  You have to try it.
The stamp set used is Party Wishes.
Don’t you love this 1/8″ Stitched Bermuda Bay ribbon?

Hand Made Cards

Love Knows No Distance

Time for another Going Global card.
This was one of the cards we did at my
Stamp & Go Hostess Club Classes this week.
Love Knows No DistanceThe card base is Lost Lagoon with a layer of Whisper White.
I added a layer of Basic Black that I embossed using
the World Traveler embossing folder — love that thing.
I stamped the world with Lost Lagoon ink and
punched out with the 2″ Circle Punch.
The world is attached to a Lost Lagoon circle
that was cut out with the Circle Collections Framelit.
The circles are attached with dimensionals to
a Basic Black square and that to a Lost Lagoon
square that is attached to the card front.
I used the Ornate Tag Topper Punch
for the tag.  Stamp the words using
Memento ink.  Stamp the words again
on Lost Lagoon cardstock and cut out
with Paper Snips.
I used a piece of 3/8″ Stitched Satin Black Ribbon
to tie on to the tag and attached it with dimensionals.

Valentine Kisses Box

I LOVE 3-D papercraft projects.
I love to create boxes.
I made one of these boxes back in December and
just saw a Valentine box made by
fellow demonstrator BJ Peters.
I knew that this would be one of my
Stamp & Go Hostess Club projects.
Everyone in class loved it.
Thank you BJ for reminding me

Punches:  Washi Tape, Sweetheart, Triple Banner, 1" Circle
1 3/4" Circle, Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack – Heart
Whisper White 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon
Adhesive:  Snail, Fast Fuse, or "Green" Glue
Dimensionals

Dimensions:
Rose Red Cardstock – 6 ¾” x 10 ¼”
        Score across the long side – 2 ¾”, 5 ¼”, 6 ½”, 7 ½”, 8 ¾”, 9 ¾”
        Score down the long side – 1”, 5 ¾”
