Sky is the Limit

Masculine cards are always so difficult to design.
This new Sale-a-Bration stamp set makes it a breeze.
Grey Sky is LimitThe card base is Basic Grey with a layer of Smoky Slate.
Then a layer of Whisper White that I attached the
Sale-a-Bration Perfectly Artistic designer paper to the
bottom and a piece of Black 3/8″ Satin Ribbon across.
I stamped the vintage airplane from the
Sale-a-Bration stamp set — The Sky is the Limit
using Basic Grey ink.  I poked a hole in the center
of the propeller area and inserted a Mini Silver Brad.
I used Soft Sky ink to stamp clouds around the top of the
Whisper White cardstock.

I used the Triple Banner Punch on a piece of 2″ x 2 3/4″
Whisper White cardstock — stamp Happy Birthday with
Basic Grey ink and more clouds with Soft Sky.
I adhered it to a piece of Basic Grey cardstock and
hand cut the points of the banner.
Adhere to the card front just under the ribbon.

Even my husband liked this card — so ladies get stamping!!!

You Are Totally Awesome!!!

Grateful Bunch is another stamp set from the
Occasions Catalog that I have fallen in love with.
There are so many wonderful images to use.
I can’t wait to pay with it some more.
You are Awesome
The base of the card is Watermelon Wonder.
The next layer is the 12″ x 12″ Kraft cardstock.
Next a layer of Whisper White.
The two strips are another wonderful
new designer paper called Shine On.
It’s a specialty paper because it is extra thick
and the other side has a shine.
There are all different designs that shine,
so it is extra fun to use.

I punched a 2″ circle of Watermelon Wonder.
Stamp the words on Whisper White with
Watermelon Wonder ink and punch out
using the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch.

Then I took scrap cardstocks — Kraft, Watermelon Wonder & Whisper White.
Stamp the three flower image with Watermelon Wonder ink
on all three pieces and punch out with the coordinating
Blossom Bunch Punch.  Again, I love the coordinating
products — it makes our lives so much easier.

I stamped the inside with
“and I am totally grateful”.

I love the words in this stamp set too.

It’s time to Make a Wish

Today's card is bright and cheery.
It's a card I would LOVE to receive in the mail.
Party Wishes
It's full of new products too.
The card base is Melon Mambo with a layer of Basic Black.
The next layer is Crushed Curry that was embossed
with a new embossing folder called Confetti.
Doesn't it look great!!
Then on the bottom portion I have attached a piece of the
It's My Party designer paper.
This package of designer paper has 48 fabulous sheets
of 12" x 12" paper — 4 of each double sided design.
That's a lot of designer paper to work with — woohoo.
I cut Melon Mambo using the Deco Label Framelits for
the front of the card, then a 2" circle of Crushed Curry.
Next I used the 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch and
Basic Black cardstock.  I stamped the "Make a Wish"
from the Party Wishes stamp set with
Melon Mambo ink and punched out with the
1 1/2" Circle Punch.
Last I used the new Balloon Bouquet Punch and
one of the It's My Party designer paper for the
balloon on the front of the card.
