Six Sayings Take Home Project

Today I'll show you the final project from Fall Fest.
This was a Take Home Kit.  They received all the card pieces prepped and ready to stamp and in a pretty package, they received the stamp set too.
The stamp set is a Hostess Exclusive stamp set called Six Sayings.
There are six different greetings covering five holidays.
Take Home Gift
Everyone received this pretty package just before they left for the day along with the project kit so they could finish the cards at home.
Group
These are the six cards in the kit.
Halloween
Just loved the FABOOLOUS stamp — so cute with the google eyes added.
Thanksgiving
A nice fall THANKFUL card.
I just challenged my team to send out one thank you or grateful for you card per week for the month of November.  I send that challenge out to each of you too.
Happy Holidays
Then we move into the Holiday Season.
Merry Christmas
A quick & easy Merry Christmas to You & Yours

New Year
A wonderful Happy New Year's card
Valentine
And last but not least — Valentine's Day.

I hope you enjoyed all six projects as much as we did designing them.
I would love to have you join us next October for our 3rd Fall Fest Retreat.

I'll share the swap cards with you over the next few days.

Project 5 — Christmas Note Card Gift

This was the final project for the day — two holiday note cards and a little box to keep them in.  Put this cutie in a cello bag tied up with a pretty bow and you have the perfect hostess gift for those holiday parties.  Who wouldn't love to receive this!
We all need a quick little thank you note during the holiday.
Project 5 Group
There is plenty of bling in this project.
We used the envelope punch board to make the box.
Box
We started with a 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" square of Garden Green card stock.
The left edge is lined up at the 3 1/8" mark on the rule — score the diagonal line and punch — turn the card stock 90 degrees, line the score line up with the point and score & punch.  Repeat on all four sides.  Cut the point off one side at the score line.
Scoring
Using your paper trimmer, line up the score line at 1/4" and score another line inside.
This makes the box thick enough to put the note cards inside.
Box Assembly
Use small spots of Fast Fuse or Tear & Tape Adhesive (super strong) to assemble your box.
Project 5-3
Then we stamped the tree from Peaceful Pines and cut out with the coordinating Perfect Pines Framelits and decorated the box.
Tree Card
The first note card has lots of gold bling.  The Perfect Pines Framelits even cuts tiny holes for the garland — love it.
Tag Card
The Chalk Talk Framelits cut this tag — one from Whisper White card stock and one from the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum.  Stamp and cut out the tree and star.

Tomorrow I'll show you our Take Home Project.
They loved this one.

Project 4 — Snowflake Cards

We are onto Project 4 from our Fall Fest Retreat.
This is my favorite project of the day.
We used the Flurry of Wishes stamp set and the coordinating Snow Flurry Punch.
Add a little Silver Cording Trim and a Clear Plastic Gift Box and you are all set.
Project 4 Group
Such an elegant grouping.  Everyone received a package of the Silver Cording Trim.
They received the Snowflake Elements back on Project 2.
Project 4-1
The first card used the Boughs & Berries embossing folder and one of the Snowflake Elements that was sponged with White Craft ink.
Project 4-2
Card #2 featured the Curvy Corner Punch and the Wonderland Embellishments.
Have you tried the new Curvy Corner Punch — if not you really must, such a nice addition to your cards.
Project 4-3
The third card has Silver Embossing — you know you love to heat emboss.
It’s so easy but adds so much.
Everyone also received a package of the Gold and White Sparkly Ribbon.
Project 4-4
The fourth card in this group featured a little sponging and lots of snowflakes.
Everyone received a package of the Iced Rhinestones too.  That’s right, lots of giveaways for the day too.

All four cards and envelopes fit inside the clear box for a wonderful presentation.
Wouldn’t you like to make a whole bunch more for Christmas gifts.
