Fall Sampler

Yesterday I said Fall was just around the corner.
So, check out the Fall Sampler we made at class last night.

We used some new products again.
Hello Autumn is from Cheer All Year.
The fall scene is from Happy Scenes — this will be one of my favorite sets from
the Holiday Catalog.
The little leaves are from A Little Something stamp set.
And last but not least — the acorn.
That cutie is from Acorny Thank You stamp set — adorable.
AND there is a coordinating punch — woohoo.
You can make flat acorns or in true "Peggy" style — add some dimensionals.
Oh wait — I forgot the Vintage Leaves stamp set and coordinating Leaflet Framelits.
They are in the Annual Catalog — yup, another bundle.
This frame was so much fun to make and everyone in class was very
happy that they came.  Their family and friends will be very impressed with them.

Fall is coming soon — Really??

We turned the calendar to September.
That means fall is coming soon — really?
Here in Illinois it was 92 degrees yesterday and is suppose to be close to 95 today.
That really doesn't seem like fall to me.
But we know it will be here before we know it.

Hand Made Cards

It’s Here, It’s Here!!

That's right — today is the big day.  The Holiday Catalog starts today!!!
I don't know about you but this day seemed to take forever to get here.

There are so many AWESOME things in this catalog that I know
you are going to LOVE.
This past weekend I was at stamping event hosted by Ronda Wade.
I learned so many things.  There were TONS of make & takes to stamp.
But one of the best parts were all of the displays that others demonstrators had up.

The Halloween display was amazing.  I showed you the picture a couple days ago of the whole table — that picture didn't do justice.

I wanted to show you some specific 3-D items on that display.
They used many items from the NEW Holiday Catalog.
Trick or Treat Box
These tiny boxes decorate up so quick and easy but look fabulous.
Pillow Boxes
WooHoo — new pillow box framelits.  These boxes are a great size — will hold a gift card.
Gumball Fry Box
Gumball anyone — I love this look.
Skull Coffee Cups
And last but not least the skull coffee cups.  This tiny coffee to go cups are so cute but decorated up for the holidays they are so stinkin' cute.

Hmmm…..might need a tutorial for September for some of these cuties.
