It’s FaBOOlous!!

It's FaBOOlous is exactly what today's post is.
At our Girls Getaway last weekend we each created a shoebox swap.
This meant you designed and made one sample and then you cut and prepped 9 kits
for the other ladies to make your project.
This beauty was made by my daughter Katie Campbell, who is also a member of my team.  She found these frames at "the M store" and added the clip to the frame.
Katie Halloween 2She created these wonderful embellishment to hang from the frame.
She couldn't stop at just one side — what if you were standing on the other side of the frame — you want to see something pretty too.
Check this out.
Katie Halloween 1
She sponged the back of the Spider Web Doily with Rich Razzleberry ink and decorated this side up just as cute as the other side.

Wait until you see the other embellishments she made — adorable.

The Leaves are Beginning to Fall

The wind is blowing as a type this blog post.
That means the leaves are starting to fall.
As I was driving I noticed how the leaves are beginning to change colors
and even how a few trees already look bare.
Today's card is a perfect fall card.
Thanks LeavesI used the Lighthearted Leaves stamp set and the coordinating Leaflets Framelits.
The card base is Early Espresso, then Tangelo Twist and Very Vanilla.
The greeting is also from Lighthearted Leaves and is stamped with Delightful Dijon ink.
I stamped one leaf with Delightful Dijon ink on Very Vanilla cardstock.
I used the framelit to cut out the Very Vanilla leaf and then one in Early Espresso and Tangelo Twist.  Adhere the leaves to the card front with dimensionals.
Tie a small bow with 1/4" Early Espresso Ribbon and adhere to leaves with a glue dot.

I hope you are enjoying the fall weather as much as I am.

Christmas Ornament

This card was so much fun to make.
I love this year's ornament stamp set — Embellished Ornaments.
Guess what — there is a coordinating framelit for this beautiful stamp set.
What could be better, right!!!
Navy OrnamentThe base of the card is Night of Navy with a layer of Smokey Slate that was
embossed with the Softly Falling embossing folder.  I adhered a piece of Holidays Fancy Foil Vellum to a piece of Whisper White cardstock and then layered that on Night of Navy cardstock.  Stamp the words on Smokey Slate cardstock with Night of Navy ink.  Stamp the ornament on Smokey Slate cardstock and cut out with the coordinating Delicate Ornaments Framelits.  I cut out the ornament topper from Silver Foil paper and adhered to the top of the ornament.  Tie a small bow with Night of Navy 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon and adhere with a Glue Dot.  Add a Winter Wonderland Embellishment to the center of the ornament with a Glue Dot.
