Fall is coming soon — Really??

We turned the calendar to September.
That means fall is coming soon — really?
Here in Illinois it was 92 degrees yesterday and is suppose to be close to 95 today.
That really doesn't seem like fall to me.
But we know it will be here before we know it.
When you are a paper crafter or card maker you have to start early
to get those cards ready to mail.
Here's a cute Halloween card for you — not "into" Halloween, it would work
just as well for a birthday or even just to say HI.Pumpkin CardThe base of the card is Very Vanilla with a layer of the brand new
Happy Haunting designer paper.  The cute pumpkins is from the
Sparkly Seasons stamp set — stamped with Cajun Craze ink on Pumpkin Pie cardstock and cut out with the coordinating Seasonal Frame Thinlit set.
Look, the leaves are part of the Thinlit set too.
Oh wait — the Spooky is from the thinlits too.
WOW — there's a lot of goodies in that stamp set and coordinating Thinlits.
Yes, you guessed it — that's one of the seventeen bundles in the catalog.
Order the stamp set and thinlits together in a bundle and save 15% — WOOHOO.

It’s Here, It’s Here!!

That's right — today is the big day.  The Holiday Catalog starts today!!!
I don't know about you but this day seemed to take forever to get here.
Holiday Catalog
There are so many AWESOME things in this catalog that I know
you are going to LOVE.
This past weekend I was at stamping event hosted by Ronda Wade.
I learned so many things.  There were TONS of make & takes to stamp.
But one of the best parts were all of the displays that others demonstrators had up.

The Halloween display was amazing.  I showed you the picture a couple days ago of the whole table — that picture didn't do justice.

I wanted to show you some specific 3-D items on that display.
They used many items from the NEW Holiday Catalog.
Trick or Treat Box
These tiny boxes decorate up so quick and easy but look fabulous.
Pillow Boxes
WooHoo — new pillow box framelits.  These boxes are a great size — will hold a gift card.
Gumball Fry Box
Gumball anyone — I love this look.
Skull Coffee Cups
And last but not least the skull coffee cups.  This tiny coffee to go cups are so cute but decorated up for the holidays they are so stinkin' cute.

Hmmm…..might need a tutorial for September for some of these cuties.

Medium Gift Bag Punch Board

This bag is the medium size gift bag that we made using the Gift Bag Punch Board.
Have you tried that baby out yet?  It is pretty amazing.
This bag could be used for any little treat or gift.
Just change the designer paper to match the gift.
Wouldn't it be adorable for a Halloween goodie — a little orange and black and viola you have a great bag to fill with special Halloween treats.
Medium Gift BagFor this pretty little bag I used the Everyday Chic designer paper.
I scored one long end at 1", fold that down and adhere — that way you get to see both sides of the awesome designer paper.  I assembled the bag per the instructions that come with the Gift Bag Punch Board.  I added a Watermelon Wonder banner and I cut out a tag from the Lots of Labels Framelits with Basic Black cardstock.
I added one of the amazing Vintage Buttons and the I tied a bow from the Watermelon Wonder Lace and adhered it to the button with glue dots.  I didn't add a greeting so I could use this bag for any occasion.

Remember, the new Holiday Catalog begins tomorrow!!!
WooHoo I can't wait — I hope you are as excited as I am.

Don't forget today is your last chance to get this FREE Tutorial.
