Leadership Day 2

We survived Day 2 of Leadership.  It was a day filled with lots of stamping ideas, tip and techniques.  Shelli started the day off with a few announcements and then introduced her daughter Sara to share some fun stamping with everyone.  After Sara's presentation it was time for lunch and then some classes in the afternoon.  Wow, lots of information to put to use.  The presenters all did a great job.  We got a break for dinner and then back for more stamping presentations at 7:00 pm.  I told you lots of stamping today.

I participated in three organized swaps while here.  Check out this table full of swap cards.
Swaps
That's a total of 116 cards.  I will have lots of cards to share with all of you.

I won one of the Prize Patrols today — woohoo.
Prize PatrolI really don't like pictures of myself but when you win 4 sets of brand new blendabilities you really do have to share that.

Time to get ready for the last day of Leadership.

Leadership Day 1

Yesterday was Day 1 of our Leadership Conference in Orlando.  It was a good but long day.  Lots of information to absorb.  Many of you know that I'm a bit of a picky eater.  I was so excited at lunch.  We started with a salad AND IT WAS A "REAL SALAD" — check it out.
Thursday Lunch SaladI was in seventh heaven — "real" lettuce not weeds, nothing weird on it – just lettuce, tomato, bacon, radishes and carrots — yum.

After dinner was Manager's Reception.  Stampin' Up! everyone at the title of Manager and above to Disney's Hollywood Studios for a showing of Fantasmic — it was wonderful.

After the show was finished we got to roam the park – it was closed to the public — all Stampin' Up! demonstrators.  There were tables full of desserts, hot cocoa, coffee, tea, sodas and waters.  What a great treat.

On our way out we were handed a gift box.  Once we got on the bus we opened it up to see this picture frame — a great memento of our trip.

Orlando Leadership

I'm in sunny Orlando, Florida.  The temps are a little cool but so much warmer than at home in Illinois.  Tina and I got to our hotel shortly before 4:00 Wednesday afternoon.  We settled into our room, had dinner and then we met up with 46 other demonstrators for a shoe box swap.  That's right — 48 demonstrators total, which means I had to prepare 49 cards — 33 cards completed and 16 card for other demonstrators to complete.  What a fun time we had.
Here's a couple pictures — the first is one is Tina hard at work on one of the swaps.

Sherrie's Swap TinaHere's a shot of the middle section of the room — that's a lot of stampers.

Sherrie's SwapI received some awesome swap cards tonight.  I can't wait to share some of them with you at classes in February.  I definitely saw some great Fast & Fabulous Class Cards.
