Yuletide Village Framed Art

This week’s FB Live was a fun Yuletide Village Framed Art to help you start decorating for all the upcoming Holidays. I used the Yuletide Village Stamp Set with a greeting from Peaceful Seasons Stamp Set. The frame is an 8″ x 8″ shadow box so the artwork has lots of layers with lots of Dimensionals.


The Garden Meadows Die Set had the perfect archway die for the village background. Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder gave a nice snowfall behind the village. Lots and Lots of Dimensionals gave many layers to this gorgeous scene. The finishing details was adding a few White Loose Snowflakes.


Here’s a closeup of the village scene. I shared the masking technique to add some trees to the buildings, then I also added some extra trees behind the buildings. Wink of Stella is added to all snow areas and to the trees for extra holiday sparkles.

Christmas Everywhere Alternate Cards


I had so much fun making these Christmas Everywhere Alternate Cards. Christmas Everywhere is one of Stampin’ Up!’s awesome card kits. The kit has supplies to make 9 cards — 3 each of 3 different designs — Stamp Set, Stampin’ Spot Ink, Dimensionals and Envelopes are included. I used supplies for one of each card and created 5 fabulous cards.












Aren’t these fun cards? After creating these five cards, you still have supplies to make 6 cards as designed for the kit OR use a little extra cardstock and the measurements in the tutorial to create 10 more cards like these. My tutorial is available to purchase for just $10.

Joyful Images Ephemera Packs – Believe



Because the Joyful Images Ephemera Packs are back in stock, I thought I would share another fun and quick Christmas card. These things make it so easy to make adorable cards. I embossed the Basic White layer with the Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder to give a little texture. The green present box, candy canes, bow and envelope are all die cuts from the ephemera pack – aren’t they the cutest!!


Measurements:
Garden Green – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ – score at 4 1/4″; 2 3/4″ x 4”
Granny Apple Green – 4” x 5 1/4″; 2 1/2″ x 3 3/4″
Basic White – 2 pieces – 3 7/8” x 5 1/8″; 2 3/8” x 3 5/8”

Instructions:
1. Adhere 3 7/8” x 5 1/8″ Basic White inside card base
2. Fold Garden Green card base on score line
3. Emboss 3 7/8” x 5 1/8” Basic White with Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder
4. Adhere to Granny Apple Green, then to card base
5. Stamp greeting with Real Red
6. Adhere to Granny Apple Green, then Garden Green
7. Attach to card front with Dimensionals
8. Adhere green strip (present), envelope, candy canes and bow dies (no
Dimensionals)
9. Add Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels
