Spotlight on Nature Thanks

Oh my goodness the Spotlight on Nature Stamp Set is amazing, check out my Spotlight on Nature Thanks card with Country Lace Designer Paper.  This stamp set has this beautiful flower, a great stem of leaves, a butterfly, two easy greetings and some fun small background stamps.

For my card I used colors that are in the Country Lace Designer Paper – Boho Blue, Petal Pink and Basic White are so pretty together.

Don’t forget to make the inside of your card pretty too.  I adhered Basic White to Petal Pink, then inside the card, now it matches the inside of the card.

measurements:

Boho Blue — 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″; 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″
Petal Pink — 2 pieces – 4″ x 5 1/4″; 3″ x 3″
Basic White — 2 pieces – 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″; 2 7/8″ x 2 7/8″
Country Lace Designer Paper — 1 3/4″ x 3 7/8″

  1. Fold Boho Blue card base on score line
  2. Adhere Designer Paper to Basic White, then Petal Pink, then to card base
  3. Stamp greeting with Smoky Slate
  4. Stamp flower stem with Smoky Slate on 2 7/8″ Basic White
  5. Color with Petal Pink and Soft Seafoam Stampin’ Blends
  6. Adhere to 3″ x 3″ Petal Pink, then to 3 1/4″ Boho Blue
  7. Attach to card front with Dimensionals
  8. Add Iridescent Faceted Gems
  9. Adhere second Basic White to second Petal Pink and adhere inside card

I have a fun Frames & Flowers Hooray It’s Your Day card to share with you today using the gorgeous Frames & Flowers Designer Paper and OH MY GOODNESS — this is a must have paper pack.  This paper pack is loaded with fun die cuts, designer paper frames and three beautiful sheets of designer paper.

 

Frames & Flowers Designer Paper, Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set, Stylish Shapes Dies, Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems, Birthday, Stamp with Peggy

 

measurements:

Pretty Peacock — 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″; 2″ x 4″
Basic White — 2 pieces — 4″ x 5 1/4″; 2″ x 2″
Lost Lagoon — 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″
Frames & Flowers Designer Paper — 1 7/8″ x 4″
Die Cuts from the Designer Paper

instructions:
  1. Fold Pretty Peacock on score line
  2. Emboss one 4″ x 5 1/4″ Basic White with Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder — adhere to card front — adhere second Basic White inside card
  3. Adhere designer paper to 2″ x 4″ Pretty Peacock, then to card front
  4. Die cut Lost Lagoon with largest Stylish Shape Die
  5. Adhere leaf stems to circle — Dimensionals on the piece with flowers
  6. Attach circle to card front with Dimensionals
  7. Die cut 2″ x 2″ Basic White with Stylish Shapes Die (approx. 1 3/4″)
  8. Stamp greeting from Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set with Pretty Peacock ink
  9. Adhere to card front tucking under larger circle
  10. Add Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems

 

Don’t forget to try different combinations of the designer paper frames, die cuts, and sentiments to make your card uniquely yours. And don’t forget to celebrate your creative journey—it’s like a mini retreat with paper crafting!
