Treat & Gift Card Holders

Our fourth project of Fall Fest was Treat and Gift Card Holders.  We made five great gifties that are filled and ready to go (well, not the gift card holders — guest must supply that themselves — heehee).

Fall Fest 2018, Pillow Box, Christmas

The first item in Project 4 is this fun Kraft Pillow Box.
We filled them with a package of trail mix.
The pillow boxes come in a package of 10 for only $5 — what a great way to give a little gift.
We used the Stitched Labels Thinlits for the beautiful Whisper White label.

Next up, a fabulous gift card holder.  I just love this one — the colors was fabulous.
We again used the Many Blessings stamp set.
The candy cane crock is applied to the simple gift card holder and it’s held shut
with a gold Library Clip.

Fall Fest 2018, Ghiradelli Box, Christmas

YUM!!!  This adorable little box made from designer paper holds two Ghiradelli chocolate.
The dark chocolate caramel are my favorite — what’s yours?

Santa’s elf is guarding this gift card holder — he’ll make sure no one sneaks that card away.
This is a fun one.  Just pull the ribbon straight up (gently) and out comes the gift card and a special
little note card.  Love it!!!

And last but not least.  A very cute little chapstick holder.

The Under the Mistletoe Designer paper was perfect for many of these projects.
This little cutie holds a tube of Chapstick — we all need some of that during the winter.

I have a nice start for my holiday gift giving — how about you.
I’d love to help you get started.

Fall Fest – Project 3 Many Blessings

I thinks the Many Blessings stamp set in the Holiday Catalog get overlooked so easy.  Have you really looked at this stamp set on page 46.  When I first saw this set I thought the images were cute but they are so small — what would I do with them.  Well, everything has changed.  I love this set and have had a blast using the “small” images.  We focused on this set for one of our Fall Fest projects.  We made six cards — three designs, two of each design.  The card layouts are all the same for all three designs.

The seasons were covered — late summer, fall and Christmas.
All three images were colored with Stampin’ Blends (I love these markers).

Fall Fest 2018, Many Blessings, Summer
Here is the late summer card — a beautiful pot of sunflowers with the rich Blackberry Bliss and
Old Olive color combo.  The Country Lane Designer Paper is a great background for this card.

Fall Fest 2018, Many Blessings, Fall
I love the Old Olive, Cajun Craze color combo and the woodgrain designer paper (Country Lane) is just perfect.  This card is ready to send out for Thanksgiving.

And of course we can’t forget Christmas with an Old Olive and Real Red color combo.
This designer paper is from Under the Mistletoe.  I just love this crock filled with candy canes.
This really says Christmas to me.

I’ll Be Home Framed Art

As you know by now, I love framed art projects.  For our Fall Fest this year I wanted to do a framed art but I didn’t want a collage/sampler style piece.  I looked through the Holiday Catalog and decided on the I’ll Be Home Stamp Set.  I had purchased these white-wash farmhouse style frames and that’s where I started designing.  Simple is what I was going after.  Here’s what everyone made.
