By now I know you have all seen the Window Box Thinlits
in the Occasions Catalog!!! Well check out today’s card
using the Window Box thinlits. That’s right, I said CARD.
The open flower thinlit is cut from scrap paper
and used as a stencil — sponging Sweet Sugarplum
and Tip Top Taupe inks in the openings of the stencil.
When the stencil is removed, look how pretty it is.
Then use the thinlit with Tip Top Taupe cardstock
to cut out the flower pot — don’t you like the pretty
scallop edge. Add a bit of the new Very Vanilla
1/4″ Satin Ribbon and a Falling in Love embellishment
for the perfect flower pot.
Stamp “Happy Birthday” from the coordinating
Window Shopping stamp set and you are done.
You can vary the colors used to sponge for a
completely different look.
So pretty!!!
