The Easter Bunny Is Almost Here

It’s Easter weekend or the start of Passover.  I hope you are spending time with family and friends or doing something that makes you happy.

We spend the Easter weekend with my parents and the whole family.  The kids will be preparing for the Easter Bunny’s arrival and all of the hidden plastic eggs.  I thought this card was a good one to share today.

We Must Celebrate Stamp Set, Simple Stripes Embossing Folder, Layering Ovals, Easter

The adorable bunny is from the We Must Celebrate stamp set.  I cut each of the animals apart so I could use them separately.  The Happy Easter is from the You’re Inspiring stamp set.

I hope the children in your family are having as much fun together as ours are.

Birthday Fun with Bird Banter

Bird Banter is a surprise stamp set.  It’s one of those sets that you flip by thinking, ok, I really don’t need that stamp set.  Oh my gosh, you are so wrong.  This has quickly become a favorite of many of my stampers.  The birds are so fun to use — adding a birthday hat is just adorable.  You can color them with Stampin’ Write Markers but my favorite is to use the Stampin’ Blend Markers.  The colors are usually bright and cheerful.
If you haven’t figured it out yet, today’s card uses the Bird Banter stamp set.  My team member Cyndi Hogan designed this card for our Cabin Fever Stamp Camp last Saturday.
