It’s time to share a few retiring items with you from the Petal Passion Suite. This suite has some fabulous products in it — a few will be staying with us in the new Annual Catalog but many are starting to disappear already.
I love cards with different folds. I haven’t done this fold in a long time but it is always a hit, it has a fun corner fold that leaves a border for the stamped image. I used one of the Petal Passion Designer Paper prints (retiring) with Rose Red cardstock (this is one of the retiring colors).
The card base is 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″.
Then with a pencil I made a light mark on the right hand side at 3 1/4″, make another mark on the top edge at 3 1/4″. Put this in your Paper Trimmer lining the pencil marks along the cutting groove (don’t cut it), use the scoring blade to score on the diagonal. Then fold back along the score line.
Petal Passion Designer Paper is cut 4″ x 5 1/4″ — again I used a pencil and made light marks at 3 1/8″ and this time cut the diagonal off. Attach designer paper under the flap. Then adhere the flap down to designer paper.
Black — 3″ x 3″
Whisper White — 2 7/8″ x 2 7/8″ — stamp “Thank You” and “For Everything” with Memento ink
Whisper White — 2″ x 2 3/4″ — stamp bird with Memento ink — cut out with framelit. Attach bird with Dimensionals.
The stamp set and framelit are carrying over to the Annual Catalog but not as a bundle so if you want to save the extra 10% on the bundle you’ll need to get it ordered now.
