Last night I had my first class in the New Year!!! It was so good to be back with my stamping friends. We started the year out with a Love Suite Surprise Class. We focused on the Sure Do Love You Bundle and Heart Happiness stamp set. The Sweet & Sassy framelits helped cut out the images from Heart Happiness. This is a fabulous group of products and I can’t wait to share with you all the fun things we made. We used Painted Love Vinyl Stickers for accents on this fun treat box.
How do I make this?
1. Calypso Coral — 2 pieces 4 1/2″ x 7″ — cut out two of rectangle box framelits — cut the larger heart in the center of one piece for the front of the box (cut with the round edge of the box at the bottom).
2. Stamp the heart vine around the heart opening with VersaMark ink and emboss with Gold Embossing Powder.
3. Attach a 2 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ piece of Window Sheet on the inside of the box.
4. Assemble box — put Tear & Tape on the long side flaps of the front box piece. Attach to other box piece to create a box. Put adhesive on bottom flap to help hold it shut.
5. Stamp “Sure Do Love You” banner on a 1 1/2″ x 4″ piece of Whisper White — cut out with framelit and attach to front of box with dimensionals.
6. Tie a small knot with 1/8″ Gold Ribbon and attach to banner with glue dot.
7. Put a heart vinyl sticker to Whisper White cardstock and cut out with matching framelit — attach to banner
8. Put candy or treat inside the box and give it away.
