Sealed with Love Heart Cutouts

I have another great card made using the
Sealed with Love stamp set.
There are so many possibilities with this
stamp set which has a coordinating framelit set
called Love Notes.

I have a class on February 1st using this wonderful
product suite — stamp set, framelits, designer paper
& embellishments.  You really are going to want
to join this class — I have a couple of great ideas
up my sleeve.

Sealed with Love Valentine

The holidays are over and we are quickly approaching
Valentine's Day — it's one month from today.
Do you send cards?
If you don't — why don't you???

I love to receive cards throughout the year.
There is something about getting the mail and
seeing that card envelope — you just know that
someone cares enough to send you a card!!

This is the perfect card to make a bunch of
and surprise everyone this year.

I used the Sealed with Love stamp set
and the new Falling Petals embossing folder
to help me make this card extra special.
Happy ValentineMy card base is Real Red with a layer of Whisper White.
The Basic Black layer was embossed with the Falling Petals
embossing folder (isn't this the cutest).
I used the Sweet & Sassy framelits (hearts) to cut
out a Real Red heart and the Happy Valentine's Day
with Memento ink.
On a scrap of Whisper White and with Real Red ink
I stamped the little heart envelope and trimmed around
it with my Paper Snips.  I attached it to the heart with a
Glue Dot and then added the Mini Paper Clip for that special touch.

Carousel Horse Birthday

Today I played with the Carousel Birthday stamp set.
There is something about this set that jumps at me every time I see it.
I don't like to ride a Ferris Wheel but this one with cupcakes is adorable.

For this card I used the Carousel Horse and the Cupcakes & Carousel designer paper stack.
The color combination is awesome — with a bit of "dirt" sprinkled around.
Carousel
The card base is Bermuda Bay with Chocolate Chip and So Saffron layers.
I stamped the horse on Very Vanilla and cut out with the Stitched Shapes Framelits (these are back in stock on Monday — woohoo I can't wait).  I layered the stitched circle on a scallop circle cut from Bermuda Bay using the Layering Circles framelits.

I added a bit of color to the pole of the horse with my Watercolor Pencils.
