Here’s a quick, fun card for the man in your life.
The Urban Underground designer paper is the high light of this card.
It is paired with the Build It framelit to make a quick card
that has plenty of detail.
This card was made by a team member.
She used the neutrals dots which are retired now
but you could color some Rhinestones or Pearls
with a Sharpie marker to replace these dots.

I had a fun-filled weekend with my family
celebrating my dad's 80th birthday.
Yesterday I shared his birthday cake
and the card that I made for him.
Today I wanted to share with you dad's
birthday cards. My sister, daughter and I
all put out a request to help us celebrate by
making a card for dad. We hoped to collect
80 cards — we didn't quite make 80 but we
were close and dad was thrilled with all the
love and attention he received.

We do have the best friends and customers.
We also decided since all four of us "kids" were together
we wanted to take a family picture with mom & dad.
We had plenty of photographers so everyone was
looking somewhere else but we had a good time
hugging in around mom & dad.
It was a fun weekend all together.
There were 25 of us for the "birthday" dinner.
My dad is VERY loved
and we are all very blessed!!!!
Yesterday we celebrated my dad's 80th birthday!!!
Dad's birthday was Friday.
He didn't want a "big" party just family to spend
the weekend with. So my sister and two brothers
and our kids all converged on their house for the
weekend. Some of us showed up Friday night,
others came throughout the day Saturday.
We had his birthday "party" dinner last night.
There were 24 of us all together (kind of like Christmas).
I asked a friend, Sandi Johnson, to make a cake for dad.
I told her he loves woodworking — my dad can build ANYTHING!!!
So check out the adorable cake she made.
Dad LOVED it!!!
AND Sandi knows that I am gluten free so I couldn't eat dad's cake.

I knew I needed to make a special card for dad.
He has been a huge supported of my stamping business.
I saw a great card on Pinterest by Rachel.
I added a couple extra tools to my card but this
is perfect for dad.
