Happy Anniversary

Yesterday I showed you a birthday card using the
Number of Years stamp set.
Today we’ve made an Anniversary card using the
same stamp set.  This set is very versatile.
Happy Anniversary
The card base if So Saffron with a layer of Cajun Craze and
then Very Vanilla.  I used strips of the
Botanical Gardens
designer paper and attached
them to Cajun Craze card stock.
I stamped Happy Anniversary with Cajun Craze ink.
I cut out a circle using the Circle Collection Framelits
and stamped the flower pieces — the leaves are
Pear Pizzazz, the flowers are So Saffron, Cajun Craze,
and Mint Macaron.  I used the
Wink of Stella Gold for the centers of the flowers.

This is a quite and easy card but it very stunning
to make — the recipient will love it.

Happy 29th Again

When your birthday comes around does at least one person
say “How old are you 29 again”!!!
Well this card is the perfect card to send to those people.
It is a fun, whimsical card that just about
any “older” adult would love to receive.
Happy 29th AgainThe stamp set featured is one you don’t think you need
BUT YOU ARE SO WRONG!!!
The Number of Years stamp set and coordinating
Large Numbers framelits are a MUST HAVE
bundle from the Occasions Catalog.

The base of this card is Melon Mambo with a layer of
Whisper White that was embossed using the new
Confetti embossing folder.
A strip of designer paper from the
It’s My Party designer paper stack.
Make a banner from Melon Mambo card stock
and the Triple Banner Punch.
Add a square of Crushed Curry card stock
and another piece of designer paper also from
It’s My Party stack.
Stamp the numbers with Melon Mambo ink
and cut out with the coordinating framelits.
LOVE IT!!!
Stamp the banner with Melon Mambo ink

My Greatest Adventure

I have already told you how much I love the Going Global stamp set.
I think this card is perfect for my sweet Valentine or for our
anniversary.  It is a masculine card with just a bit of frill to
show him how much I love him.  He is definitely an adventure
every day — I just never know what he is going to do or say.
My inspiration for this card was a card done by fellow
stamper Kimberly Van Diepen.
I love the blue like ocean, the “globe” and the doily.
Going Global ValentineThe case base is Lost Lagoon with a layer of Tip Top Taupe
and Whisper White.  The top layer is Lost Lagoon and
I used the new World Traveler embossing folder.
Isn’t that an awesome look.
I added a strip of Tip Top Taupe that I stamped
with an image from Timeless Textures stamp set.
I cut a doily in half and attached under the
world globe that is from the Going Global stamp set.
It is stamped on Whisper White card stock with
Tip Top Taupe ink and punched out with the
2″ Circle Punch.
I stamped the “Greatest Adventure” heart with
Soft Suede ink and colored the heart in with
Lost Lagoon marker — punch out with the
Sweetheart Punch.  Oops, don’t forget the
“LOVE” banner — I stamped the image on
Lost Lagoon card stock with Soft Suede ink and
cut the banner out with Paper Snips.
This is one of my favorite cards so far from the
Occasions Catalog — love it.
