All Ye Faithful

I have fun with all of the cute, whimsical Christmas cards but I still love to
make some religious cards.  That is what the season is about.
This year Stampin' Up! has a great stamp set that has Joseph, Mary and baby Jesus,
the three Wise Men and a shepherd and sheep.  The sayings in the stamp set are
awesome too.
All Ye FaithfulThis card is pretty quick and easy and shows off the Holy Family.
The case base is Night of Navy, next is a layer of Whisper White.
I stamped the words at the bottom of the Whisper White piece with Night of Navy ink.
I used the Softly Falling Embossing Folder on a piece of Marina Mist cardstock and adhered that to a piece of Night of Navy cardstock.
Stamp the Holy Family image with Memento ink on Whisper White cardstock,
punch out with the 2 1/2" circle punch.  This is adhered to a circle of Night of Navy cardstock that was cut out with the Circle Collection Framelit.

Fall Acorns

This card is full of texture.
Team member Tina Demrow created this beauty.
Tina D - Acorny Thank YouThe card base is Rich Razzleberry.
The next layer is the corrugated cardstock — I couldn't believe that you could
emboss this cardstock and it doesn't smash down — so cool.
It was embossed with the Woodland Embossing Folder.
The Rich Razzleberry circle is cut with the Circle Collection Framelits.
The flower circle is punched from the Into the Woods designer paper.
We stamped the Acorn from Acorny Thank You stamp set on Whisper White
cardstock with Soft Suede and Tangelo Twist and punched out with the
coordinating Acorn Punch.  Tie a little bow with the Crushed Curry Baker's Twine
and adhere with a Glue Dot — add a Into the Woods Element also with a Glue Dot.
Oops, don't forget the banner — stamp THANKFUL with Rich Razzleberry ink, cut out with the Bitty Banner Framelits.

Pumpkin Patch

It's time to go to the Pumpkin Patch.
I have a friend who LOVES to go to the Pumpkin Patch every year.
She takes her three boys — the oldest is now 20 and her twins are 16.
She still makes them sit in the pumpkin patch for a family picture.
It is so adorable to see how they change each year.
It truly makes her happy to do this and her boys, of course, like to keep mom happy.
I'll think this card might be perfect for her today as today is the day she is going.
Pumpkin PatchThe card base is Basic Black — 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"
Add a strip of Happy Haunting Designer Paper — 2" x 5 1/2"
Oh wait, before you adhere that designer paper down, add a piece of the
3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon — adhere the ends of the ribbon to the back of the designer paper.  Now adhere the designer paper to the card front.  Take a second piece of ribbon and slip under the first and tie in a knot (cheater bow).
Stamp the Pumpkin Patch scene from Happy Scenes stamp set with Memento ink on Very Vanilla cardstock and color the pumpkins and leaves with Tangelo Twist marker.
Adhere to Basic Black cardstock and then to Tangelo Twist cardstock.
Use dimensionals to adhere all the layers to the card front.
Viola — your card is done.  You can stamp a greeting — Happy Halloween,
Happy Thanksgiving, great for a fall birthday, or leave the greeting off and use the card as an all occasion — thinking of you card.
