I just realized I forgot to show you the Framed Art piece we made with the
Project Life by Stampin' Up! Seasonal Snapshot Card Kit and Accessory Pack.
I found this cute frame at Dollar Tree — yup, just $1 — love it!!!
I used a 5" x 7" piece of Real Red for the background.
The tree paper is one of the 3" x 4" cards — I attached it to a 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" piece of Basic Black card stock.
The red and black plaid is also a 3" x 4" card.
The "A Merry Little Christmas" is a 2" x 2" card from the Accessory Pack.
I attached it to a 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" piece of Basic Black card stock and attached that with dimensionals.
The black striped washi tape is also from the Accessory Pack.
A quick and simple project — great for the kids to make too.
Gold Holiday Sampler
Oh my goodness — did we have fun at class Monday night.
We made this beautiful Holiday Sampler.
First, I have to give credit to fellow demonstrator Leann Greff.
Leann designed the original sampler — I made a couple small "Peggy" tweaks
to it for my class and here is my version of this beauty.
I used a piece of the Winter Wonderland Designer Series Paper for the 12" x 12" background.
Next is an 8" x 8" piece of Basic Black that is turned like a diamond.
Then is an 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of Basic Black and an 8" x 8" piece of Thick Whisper White card stock.
For each little square I used a 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" piece of Basic Black and then
decorated each square with Wonderland Vellum Stack, Winter Wonderland Designer Paper,
Gold Glimmer Paper (on sale this week), Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.
I used the largest snowflake from the Snowflake Elements and heat embossed with Gold Embossing Powder.
I added a pearl in the center.
This Holiday Sampler was so much fun to make — everyone was very proud of their accomplishment.
I had a couple texts after class that even their husbands were pleased with the project.
Snowflakes Are Falling On My Head
Snowflakes are falling on my head….
Not really — actually it rained a bunch last night.
Image the amount of snow that would have been.
It would have helped to start feeling like Christmas.
Can you believe that today is December 1st!!
Anyway—-today's card has lots of snowflakes.

This is the final card that I will share with you from the
Project Life by Stampin' Up! Seasonal Snapshot Card Collection
and Accessory Pack.
I just love the Island Indigo color with the snowflakes.
The card base is Thick Whisper White.
The snowflake designer paper is actually one of the 4" x 6" cards
that I trimmed down to 4" x 5 1/4".
The big snowflake piece is one of the 3" x 4" cards that
I attached to a 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" piece of Whisper White.
I used dimensionals to attach to the card front.
Don't forget to add some of the fun sequins to the card too.
Come back tomorrow and I'll share the beautiful gold and black
Holiday Sampler we did at class last night.
