The Leaves are Beginning to Fall

The wind is blowing as a type this blog post.
That means the leaves are starting to fall.
As I was driving I noticed how the leaves are beginning to change colors
and even how a few trees already look bare.
Today's card is a perfect fall card.
Thanks LeavesI used the Lighthearted Leaves stamp set and the coordinating Leaflets Framelits.
The card base is Early Espresso, then Tangelo Twist and Very Vanilla.
The greeting is also from Lighthearted Leaves and is stamped with Delightful Dijon ink.
I stamped one leaf with Delightful Dijon ink on Very Vanilla cardstock.
I used the framelit to cut out the Very Vanilla leaf and then one in Early Espresso and Tangelo Twist.  Adhere the leaves to the card front with dimensionals.
Tie a small bow with 1/4" Early Espresso Ribbon and adhere to leaves with a glue dot.

I hope you are enjoying the fall weather as much as I am.

Christmas Ornament

This card was so much fun to make.
I love this year's ornament stamp set — Embellished Ornaments.
Guess what — there is a coordinating framelit for this beautiful stamp set.
What could be better, right!!!
Navy OrnamentThe base of the card is Night of Navy with a layer of Smokey Slate that was
embossed with the Softly Falling embossing folder.  I adhered a piece of Holidays Fancy Foil Vellum to a piece of Whisper White cardstock and then layered that on Night of Navy cardstock.  Stamp the words on Smokey Slate cardstock with Night of Navy ink.  Stamp the ornament on Smokey Slate cardstock and cut out with the coordinating Delicate Ornaments Framelits.  I cut out the ornament topper from Silver Foil paper and adhered to the top of the ornament.  Tie a small bow with Night of Navy 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon and adhere with a Glue Dot.  Add a Winter Wonderland Embellishment to the center of the ornament with a Glue Dot.

Witches Hat

What a great night I had last night!!!
I held a class with some wonderful women and we assembled the
fabulous Witches Hat kit.  This kit is amazing there is so much stuff in the kit.
We made the hat and lots of leftovers to create lots of cards and even home decor.
Witches HatWe sat around the tables sipping a glass of wine while working on our hats.
These ladies all LOVED the kit and was easy to assemble.

My sister, Tina, took left over pieces and created this awesome home decor piece.
