This card was another from my Project Life Framelit class. We used the framelits to round the corners on the designer paper and the red cardstock. We used Timeless Treasures stamp set — this was such a fun set — I've had it for awhile but it's the first time I've used it.
Lovely as a Tree Birthday Wishes
This is another card from my Project Life Framelits Class. We used Lovely as a Tree and the Hardwood background stamp. Lovely as a Tree is such a classic stamp set — if you don't have it you NEED to get it.
We used the framelit to cut out the front of the card — then we stamped the Birthday Wishes on the inside of the card.
Project Life Framelits
Sorry for the blogging break — life took over and I'm playing catch up. I'll do my best to post regularly again.
Have you heard all about Project Life yet? It's a quick & easy way to get your memories captured into a scrapbook. Stampin' Up! has teamed up with Becky Higgins, the creator of Project Life and is now carry exclusive Project Life items. This month I held a class featuring the Project Life Card & Labels Framelits Dies. These framelits are for so much more than scrapbooking.
Here is one of the cards that we made at class.
This card uses the Cycle Celebration stamp set (I've had this for a while but never used it — and now I'm loving it). I stamped the "Happy Birthday to You" and then used the framelits to cut it out.
Don't forget, the new Stampin' Up! catalog begins next Monday, June 2nd. The full line of Project Life is in the catalog. If you don't have a catalog yet send me an email and I'll let you know how you can get one.
