Blackberry Bliss Lotus Blossom

The Lotus Blossom stamp set seems to be the most popular Sale-a-Bration stamp set for my customers.  Those who aren't sure about it have fallen in love with it the first time they use it.
Lotus BlossomThe base of this card is Mossy Meadow with a layer of Whisper White and then a layer of Blackberry Bliss that has been embossed using the new Spring Flower Embossing Folder.  I stamped the flower blossom using Blackberry Bliss — full strength on the first two stamps and then stamped off, for a lighter color on the third stamp.  The Happy Birthday image is from a new Hostess stamp set called Because You Care.  Remember, you can only get the Hostess stamp sets when you host a party.  I would love to join you and your friends for a fun night of stamping so you can choose this stamp set FREE.

Crazy About You Birthday

The Crazy About You stamp set is awesome.  At first sight in the Occasions Catalog you might think you really don't need this set — wrong.  It is such a versatile stamp set, great for all stampers but fabulous for beginners.  There are words for most occasions and you can put single words together to create even more sayings.  The stamp set also includes two floral images and leaves.
Crazy About You
The base of this card is Sahara Sand cardstock that I stamped the leaves on twice using Sahara Sand ink.  Then I added a layer of Whisper White that I stamped Happy Birthday using Soft Suede ink.  I added a banner of Soft Suede cardstock next.  Then I used the 2 1/2" circle punch and Coastal Cabana cardstock.  I stamped the flower with Calypso Coral ink and punched out with the coordinating Medallion Flower punch.  I added that to Coastal Cabana circle using dimensionals and don't forget to add the pearl that is colored with a Coastal Cabana Blendability

Butterfly Basics

Butterfly Basic

Butterfly Basics is a new bundle in the Occasions Catalog and it is amazing.  This card design was taken from a swap I received at Leadership — sorry, I don't know who did it.  I tweaked it just a bit and used it for my Stamp & Go Club for February.   Everyone fell in love with this card.

The card base is Soft Sky with a layer of Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla.  I started with the Happy Birthday words using Early Espresso ink.  Then I stamped the flower stems using Crumb Cake.  I added the ferns by stamping off using Pear Pizzazz ink.  The honey combs are stamped with Crumb Cake — the top section is stamped off.  Don't forget the add the little butterfly in the upper left corner with Crumb Cake ink and the "postage stamp" in the upper right corner was also Crumb Cake stamped off.  Last I added the border across the card using Soft Sky ink.  I added the Butterfly which was cut out of Soft Sky cardstock using the coordinating Butterflies Thinlit Dies.  This is a fabulous card that didn't take too long to make.   Very impressive.
