Bug Me Anytime

You Can Bug Me Anytime is such a fun greeting for today’s card.
The All Together Designer Paper was colored with Blending Brushes and ink.

Hello Ladybug Bundle, Hello Ladybug Stamp Set, Ladybug Builder Punch, All Together Designer Paper, Classic Matte Dots, Stamp with Peggy

Today’s card was created with the Hello Ladybug Bundle and All Together Designer Paper.
I used 3 different prints and colored two prints with Real Red ink and a Blending Brush.
I love that you can change colors of papers and ribbons quickly with ink and Blending Brushes.

The Classic Matte Dots come four colors in a package — white, vanilla, gray and black.
I color the vanilla ones with Dark Real Red Stampin’ Blends to add beside the greeting.
The black dots were added to the wings to give a little depth to the ladybug.
I added “flying stitches” with a Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker.

This bundle was so much fun to work with.

Abstract Beauty Happy Anniversary

Today I have an Abstract Beauty Happy Anniversary Card to share with you.
The Abstract Beauty Designer Paper is in the Spring Mini Catalog
along with a fun Abstract Beauty Ephemera Pack to help embellish your projects.

This paper is a new size for our Designer Papers — it is 4″ x 6″ so it is perfect
for card making — just cut off 3/4″ and that strip can be added to the inside of your card.

For this card, I layered the Designer Paper pieces on Basic Black and added them to the card front.
Next, I adhered one of the Abstract Beauty Ephemera Pack frame pieces to a Basic White square,
added a mat layer of Basic Black with a greeting stamped on Basic White and added to the
Basic Black mat.  The pink flower and gold leaf are from the Ephemera Pack and
add the finishing touch to the card.

Reminder that Saturday is your last chance to WIN the Calming Camelia Stamp Set.

January & February Scrapbook Pages

My Scrap & Go Club has started up again so I wanted to
share my January & February Scrapbook Pages!!

We start with a page for January and two pages for February for our first month’s kits.
Then, each month we make a two page spread for each month until November.
In November we make a two page spread and then one final page for December.
By the end of the 10 month club commitment we have a 22 pages scrapbook album
to cover the entire year.  It is perfect to add your own pictures or it makes a great gift,
especially for brides and babies.

Here is the January page.
I used the retired Sale-a-Bration paper — Penguin Place.
It has such fun colors and we fussy cut the characters to add to the page.
We all have some winter fun, right — this page is ready to add those pictures right away.

Sweet Talk Designer Paper was perfect for my February pages.
Since Valentine’s Day is in February, I wanted to carry that theme through the pages
with the fun colors and prints
of the Designer Paper.

Real Red and Highland Heather — who would have thought this coordinated together
but look how awesome it looks — the designer paper pull the two colors together.

We used the Sweet Hearts Dies to cut two hearts from the Designer Paper
and add them to our page with Dimensionals.

I’m very happy with how both month’s pages turned out — I hope you enjoy them.
Be sure to check out the March pages around the middle of March — I’m thinking
shades of green for those pages.
