Memorable Blooms Thoughtfulness

Tonight’s Memorable Blooms Thoughtfulness card is so elegant. Using Soft Seafoam and Petal Pink gives the card a Spring feeling that I find very calming. I used the Memorable Blooms Bundle and Elements of Text Stamp Set and the result is a very elegant thank you card.

I used the Memorable Blooms Die to cut the octagon from the center of the Basic White. Using Soft Sea Foam ink, I stamped the Elements of Text image on the octagon. I adhered it back in the center of the Basic White on Petal Pink. The images were colored with Soft Sea Foam and Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends. I used Something Fancy Dies to cut a banner for the greeting. The finishing touch is the Antique Pearls.


Measurements:
Soft Sea Foam — 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″
Petal Pink — 4″ x 5 1/4″
Basic White — 2 pieces — 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″; 3″ x 5 1/2″

Friendly Seagulls – Love You More

Have you played with the Friendly Seagulls Stamp Set yet? I have a fun Friendly Seagulls – Love You More card to share today. These little guys are so cute, I just love them. They have so many possibilities.

I started with a Gray Granite card base with a layer of Country Lace Designer Paper. The Everyday Arches Dies are fabulous and the perfect size for the front of this card. The seagulls were stamped with Memento ink, then a mask was added to cover them so I could add Crumb Cake and Boho Blue ink for the sand and sky. The Blending Brushes made this a quick and easy task.

Don’t forget the inside — you have to have the french fry loving seagull too.

Pocketful of Flowers Birthday Card

Oh, I have a fun card for you today. I cased this adorable Pocketful of Flowers Birthday Card using the Birthday Celebration Bundle and Wildflower Birthday Designer Paper. Don’t you just love this awesome suite of products? The flowers and leaves are die cut pieces in the designer paper package. They are so beautiful and easy to work with.

The pocket is actually to create a birthday banner but don’t you love it like this. I added a strip of designer paper to the top of the “pocket”. The gold leaves are all glued down and then the flowers are added with Dimensionals. Isn’t it adorable.
