So Much to Celebrate Kit

This week’s FB Live featured the So Much to Celebrate Kit. What an awesome kit this is! You get all the supplies to make 9 cards — 3 each of 3 designs and these cards are beautiful. Two of the cards are regular size — 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ and the third card is a slimline card — 3″ x 6″. You get coordinating envelopes and adorable ladybug embellishments to add to the card front.

There is no stamping in this kit. Everything is preprinted — just punch out the flower die cuts and greeting labels and assemble your card.
This kit is perfect for a fun Girls Night Out. Everyone gathers for a fun evening together snacking, laughing and making cards. Each participant goes home with 9 cards ready to mail. No leftover stamps or ink to store, you’ll use almost everything on your 9 cards. So Much to Celebrate Kit — Item #165011 for just $14 What a DEAL!! That’s only $1.55 per card – that’s a hard price to beat.

Fun with Friendly Seagulls

We are coming down to the final 5 days of Sale-a-Bration, so today I thought we would have a little Fun with Friendly Seagulls Stamp Set. You can earn this set FREE when you place a minimum $60 order. I cased a card that Erica Cerwin did with a couple of fun “Peggy adjustments”.

Friendly Seagulls Stamp Set, Country Woods Designer Paper, Sale-a-Bration, Stamp with Peggy

Measurements:

Pebbled Path Card Base — 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″; 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
Basic White — 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″; 2 – 4″ x 5 1/4″; 3/8″ x 2 1/4″; 2″ x 4 1/4″
Country Woods Designer Paper — 2 — 3/4″ x 2 3/4″; 1″ x 2 3/4″

1. Fold Pebbled Path Card Base on score line
2. Use Simply Scored Tool with 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ Basic White — with 5 1/8″ edge at top — score 1/2″, 1″, 1 1/2″ 2″, 3″, 3 1/2″; 4″, 4 1/2″
3. Use Paper Trimmer to cut center out of one 4″ x 5 1/4″ — leaving 5/8″ edge on all 4 sides
4. Adhere scored piece to Pebbled Path card base.
5. Attach Basic White frame with Dimensionals
6. Angle cut top edges of Country Woods Designer Paper pieces creating three pier poles for the seagulls to stand on
7. Adhere to the Simply Scored piece varying the heights
8. Stamp two seagulls with Memento ink on 2″ x 4 1/4″ Basic White
9. Color with Stampin’ Blends
10. Fussy cut both seagulls
11. Attach to pier poles with Dimensionals
12. Stamp “Hey Friend” with Memento ink on 3/8″ x 2 1/4″ Basic White
13. Angle cut the ends and adhere to Pebbled Path and trim ends
14. Attach to card front with Dimensionals in the center portion of the frame

I love the shiplap background and the Pebbled Path card base helps pull all the gray tones together. This card is great for any occasion but especially nice for those masculine cards. Get this Friendly Seagulls stamp before Friday, February 28th so you don’t miss out on the fun. You have to give this card a try!

Wildflower Birthday Scrapbooking

Oh my goodness, have you seen the scrapbook kits? I mean really looked at them!! I decided to change up my scrapbook class this year and started using the kits. The first class was Wednesday night and we used the Wildflower Birthday Scrapbooking Kit.
There is SO much stuff in there:
4 sheets of 12″ x 12″ Willow White cardstock
2 Pretty in Pink
2 Peach Pie cardstock
10 double sides pieces of designer paper
4 single sided designer paper
3 sheets of die cuts and stickers.
Using these supplies, I designed 6 pages – 3 — 2 page layouts. There was a ton of stuff left for more pages or a bunch of cards. These pages are just a little bit girly with lots of Pretty in Pink, Soft Sea Foam and Old Olive

Wildflower Birthday Scrapbook Kit, Birthday Layouts, Birthday, Stamp with Peggy

Here’s a close up both pages. The pink cake and the cupcake are die cuts or stickers from the kit. I attached them with Dimensionals for a little extra lift. Don’t you love the mini cake designer paper pieces – anyone hungry now.

Second 2-page layout.

I added Peach Pie layers to coordinate with the fun tassel strip added under the designer paper.

The first page has the Special Day sticker added to the top. I put Dimensionals on the back of the sticker to raise it up a little. The Blow Out the Candles die cut goes with the slice of the pink cake die cut. A few flowers popped up pull all the colors together.

Third 2-page Layout

The final set has a base of Soft Sea Foam gingham designer paper – I absolutely love this piece. I added a colorful flower die cut from the kit and a bouquet of balloons that is a sticker.

The close up pictures let you see the details a little better.

If you haven’t tried these kits for quick and easy scrapbooking, you really need to. It was so much fun. I can’t wait to design next month’s pages using the Meant to Bee Scrapbooking Workshop Kit. You are welcome to join me in person or get a kit in the mail.
