Coffee Cocoa & Cards Catalog Launch

The new Annual Catalog begins tomorrow — woohoo!! Last week, I held my Coffee Cocoa & Cards Catalog Launch. It was a fabulous night spent with wonderful stamping friends, even made a couple of new friends!! The fun started when I passed out an adorable bee tote bag that held a custom-made Stamp with Peggy Simply Shammy case, a Simply Shammy, Greetings for All Ephemera Pack and their card packet with supplies for 6 cards. The cards featured all 5 new In Colors and lots of amazing new stamps, dies and punches.

My customer and friend, Suzanne and her husband Barry came up with this fabulous 3D printed holder for our Simply Shammy. I love the beehive look on the lid and they added a bee just for me. I asked if they could add Stamp with Peggy, so now we have custom holders that I absolutely love!! When you take the lid off, you turn the lid over and lay the base in the lid. There are little plastic/rubber dots on the back that fit into the beehive holes. These hold the tray in place when you’re cleaning your stamps. It is truly awesome and I’m so happy they made these for me.

Now on to one of the cards everyone made.

This card features the Celebratory Sips Designer Paper that coordinates with the Cheers & Sips Bundle.

I used a new In Color — Timid Tiger with Basic Black to help pull in all the fun colors in the designer paper. The card is a gate fold, meeting in the middle. I added a designer paper with all the fun fruits and drink flavorings. Everyone received a tall and short beverage to fussy cut for their card front. The fruit designer paper coordinated with all the different beverages. I used the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder for a little texture behind the glasses.
The greeting is from the Greetings for All Ephemera Pack. There are so many greetings in this pack and they cover all seasons and occasions.

The inside is decorated with a strip of designer paper too, it helps finish the card.

Impressions Abloom Framed Art

This week’s FB Live was getting us ready for Mother’s Day gift giving with this adorable Impressions Abloom Framed Art. I made a coordinating Mother’s Day card using the same stamp set & dies plus the Patterns of Friendship Die. This die gives a fabulous background to a very simple card.

Impressions Abloom Bundle, Impressions Abloom Stamp Set, Impressions Abloom Dies, Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder, Framed Art, Spring, Mother's Day, Stamp with Peggy

I love making framed art pieces and this adorable simple frame was no exception. There were some cards made by a fellow demonstrator, Gail Ellis that I saw. Her card layout were great and I decided it was perfect for a framed art piece. I made a couple of adjustments to make this piece my own. Thank you Gail for the inspiration.

Of course I had to make a coordinating card for the wonderful Mother’s Day gift.

The coordinating card is simple but very elegant. Look how fun the Patterns of Friendship background is – I love this. The greeting is from the Greetings For All Ephemera Pack that I adhered to Basic Black and then fussy cut around it. This is pretty quick to do but it really makes the greeting pop!

Framed Art Measurements:

Thick Basic White — 5″ x 7″
Strawberry Slush (new In Color) — 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″
Basic Black — 4 1/4″ x 6 1/4″; 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″; 1″ x 3 1/2″
Pretty in Pink — 4 3/16″ x 6 1/6″; 1″ x 2″
Basic White — 4″ x 5 7/8″; 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″; 2 1/4″ x 4 1/2″; 3/4″ x 3 1/2″
Soft Seafoam — 2″ x 4 1/4″ Lemon Lolly — 1″ x 2″

Here’s the Video for tips & tricks.

I am offering a Kit in the Mail for this fun framed art.
The cost is $15 plus shipping. You will receive all the cardstock layers,
die cuts and embossed cardstock (no stamping will be done).
