Are You Ready???

Yikes — we have just one day left to buy all those goodies for our
Thanksgiving feasts.
Are you ready??
I think I finished up last night — the store was packed and carts were filled.
Today's card is a great one for Thanksgiving.
Pumpkin, Spice and Everything Nice.
Pumpkin Spice Everything NiceThis card was made using the Project Life by Stampin' Up Seasonal Snapshot 2015 Card Collection and Accessory Pack.
Thank you Ronda Wade for the fabulous ideas.
I added the card base in Crumb Cake.
The plaid designer paper is one of the 3" x 4" cards from the card collection.
The Pumpkin, Spice is also a 3" x 4" card.
All I did was add a Basic Black piece of card stock cut 3 1/4" x 4 1/4".
Isn't that awesome!!!
I added one of the banners that comes in the accessory pack and then
one of the little bubble accents.  So super easy to make and just adorable.
I'll have a few more to share with you over the next few days.

Oh, have you checked out this week's WEEKLY DEALS.

Decked Out Penguin

One more card using the penguin from Snow Place stamp set.
I'll try to be done with him for a little while anyone.
This time he is all decked out looking for somewhere to go.
Penguin LogoThe card base is Thick Whisper White.
Then a layer of Basic Black, Whisper White that was embossed with the
Softly Falling embossing folder — stamp Merry Christmas with Real Red ink.
Next is a layer of the Red Foil Paper (3 1/2" x 3 1/2") — I love how it shines.
A Whisper White layer on top of the Red Foil (3 1/4" x 3 1/4").
Basic Black Square (2 1/2" x 2 1/2") with a Whisper White layer (2 1/4" x 2 1/4").
Turn this square like a diamond.

TaDa your "decked out" with no where to go Penguin is done.

Then another Red Foil Paper square (2 1/4" x 2 1/4").
Last is a 2" x 2" square of Whisper White.
Stamp the penguin with Memento Ink — color the feet and beak with
Pumpkin Pie Marker.
With the coordinating Snow Friends framelit cut out a bow tie from Red Foil Paper,
the hat from Basic Black card stock — attach to penguin with dimensionals.
On a scrap of Whisper White use the holly berry stamp with Real Red and Old Olive Markers — cut out with framelit.
Add a piece of 1/8" Silver Ribbon for the hat brim.
Attach the holly berry with a glue dot.

Peace at Christmas Wreath

Peaceful Wreath stamp set — all I can say is beautiful.
This is one of the cards we made at my Christmas Stamp-a-Stack Class this month.
I think this card looks like the “fancy” catalogs that people order their cards from.
But to me it has much more meaning because you took the time to
hand stamp this card for your family and friends.
Peace Wreath LogoThe base of the card is Thick Whisper White card stock.
Next is a layer of the Gold Foil Paper.
Then a Whisper White layer that I stamped the Peaceful Wreath
using VersaMark ink and embossed with Gold Embossing Powder.
Then I took a Real Red Marker to color in all the berries (be careful though,
the Real Red ink will sit on top of the gold embossing so it can smear
on to your Whisper White cardstock — use a tissue to lightly wipe over the
wreath to pick up any excess ink).
I cut Peace (from the Christmas Greetings Framelits) out of Red Foil Paper
and adhered to the card front using the Fine Tip Glue Pen.
Don’t forget to stamp the inside.
Peace Wreath Inside Logo
I used Mossy Meadow ink to stamp the pine bough.
Real Red ink was used with the words from the Holly Jolly Greetings stamp set.
