Vintage Ornament

The Delicate Ornaments Thinlit is stunning
and there is a coordinating stamp set — Embellished Ornaments.
Check out this beautiful vintage Christmas Card I received.
I love all of the different card stock types.
Vintage OrnamentWe have Crumb Cake for the card base.
A layer of Very Vanilla that has been sponged with Crumb Cake ink.
The holly was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink.
Don’t forget to color the berries with a Real Red Marker.
Cut out the full ornament from Gold Glimmer Paper.
The detail ornament is cut from Red Foil Paper.
The ornament top is cut from Gold Foil Paper.

This card is a bit of work cutting out the ornaments but
I love the way it turned out.

Dots of Joy

Today's card is just FUN!!
The dots are so bright and joyful.
I love the plaid look on the Cucumber Crush circles.
Dots of Joy
For the plaid technique — use the diagonal stripe rectangle stamp from
Your Presents.  This card used Cucumber Crush card stock and ink.
Stamp the stripes on the card stock, re ink the stamp and turn
it 90 degrees and stamp again over the first image.
There you have it — punch out with a circle punch.
Scatter the circles on the card front — look there's even
a circle under the top red layer.
The little silver star is the finishing touch.
Love it and simple to make.
