Home for the Holidays

I love this Holiday Home stamp set.  At first glance it looks like a set you can do without — seriously what would I stamp a house for.  Oh, you are so wrong — this is one of the best stamp sets in the Holiday Catalog.  It works for so many different events or seasons.

HouseThis card was another from my Christmas Stamp-a-Stack class.  The "snowflake" looking paper is from the Under the Tree designer paper.  I stamped the trees with the White Christmas stamp set on Whisper White cardstock.  I stamped the tree on a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock and cut it out using the coordinating framelit.  I colored the roof and door of the house with the Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities and then popped it up on dimensionals.  This card is pretty quick and easy and your family would love to receive this in the mail.

Under the Tree

This card uses the Under the Tree designer paper and the Festival of Trees stamp set.

The base of the card is Garden Green card stock. The tree was stamped with Garden Green and the ornaments on the tree were stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink.
I punched a 2 1/2" circle in the Cherry Cobbler Under the Tree designer paper.
I added a pointed banner to the top and a linen thread bow was added to the banner.
I stamped "a Merry little wish…." and added that to the front of the card. I added a piece of white cardstock to the inside of the card and stamped another tree and greeting for the inside.

Christmas Stars

This is another card we made at this month's Christmas Stamp-a-Stack. We used the Under the Tree designer paper — I cut out stars using the Stars Collection Thinlits and popped them up on dimensionals. The card base is Cherry Cobbler with a layer of Garden Green. The Be Merry is from the Holiday Invitation stamp set.
